A private company ran this organization, and we then turned it into an NPO Bakwena Ba Mogopa Labour Recruitment and Development Centre name by our King Lethlogile. The recruitment started with only one office in a village called Bethanie, and later expanded to other villages around, including Modikwe, Makolokwe, Berseba, and Maumong.
